By purchasing from us, you are agreeing the following terms and conditions.
In the majority of cases any quote or prices given will be valid for 7 days except where our suppliers impose an immediate price increase, in these circumstances we will contact you immediately and these increases will be passed on to you. When you place an order via email or over the phone, we will send you an order form for you to sign and return to us, once signed you are agreeing to all our terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to check all measurements and sizes of furniture and soft furnishings as returns and refunds can not be accepted if they are incorrect. Amendments or cancellations of an order will only be accepted if purchasing has NOT begun. Once purchasing has begun should you cancel the order the deposit paid will not be returned and the remaining amounts outstanding become payable immediately. If any products that are part of your order become unavailable we will speak with you immediately to discuss alternatives and any price difference. Montague Designs Ltd reserve the right to accept or reject any order. All orders accepted are subject to these terms and conditions. Should we need to make any more site visits or encounter any additional costs other than what has been previously agreed a day rate will be charged at £220 + mileage and vat.

A 50% deposit is payable when you accept our quote and place your order and the remaining 50% is due upon job completion. Payment should be paid by BACS, please contact us for our bank details. All items supplied by us remain the property of Montague Designs Ltd until payment is received in full.
Delivery and returns:
Should we encounter any unforeseen circumstances which may affect delivery of your order we will contact you immediately. Please check your order on delivery and notify us of any damages or missing items within 48 hours providing us with photographs of any damaged items. If the delivery is damaged upon arrival, please sign for it as “damaged”. Returns on furniture will only be accepted if the manufacturer will accept the return. Please note that once any items are delivered to your premises they are your responsibility and you must have the appropriate and adequate insurance cover in place for Montague Designs Ltd stock whilst it is under your supervision and at your premises. Cover should include fire, theft & flooding as the main perils required.
As soft furnishings will be made to your specific measurements returns can not be accepted. If needed we may deliver the items by separate instalments of any size and in any order. All delivery dates agreed between you and Montague Designs Ltd must be adhered to, should storage be required and a re-delivery date set charges will apply.
Items of furniture supplied by Montague Designs Ltd are covered by a 12 month warranty from manufacturing or batch defects. Any defects must be reported to Montague Designs Ltd in writing within 12 months of the invoice date together with a photograph to support the claim. All resolutions are down to the discretion of the company.
Marketing Material and Website:
Any images or descriptions used on our website or on any printed or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the goods supplied by us. Unless you advise us otherwise any photographs we take of your order or project may be used on our website or social media platforms.
